Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
All purchases made through our store constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

3. Shipping and Delivery
The listed purchase price does not include shipping or delivery costs. Shipping is not free and will be calculated and billed separately after purchase, based on destination, item size, weight, and carrier rates.
Customers will be notified of shipping costs before dispatch and must provide approval and payment for shipping prior to release of goods.

4. Pickup Option
Pickup is available for all items at our Hastings-on-Hudson, NY location by appointment. Customers selecting pickup are responsible for securing and safely transporting their items.

5. Lead Times and Availability
Lead times for in-stock and made-to-order items vary. Estimated delivery or pickup dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

6. Damage and Inspection
Customers must inspect items upon receipt or pickup. Any claims for damage or defect must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after this period.

7. Returns and Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun.

8. Ownership and Risk
Ownership transfers to the customer once payment is received in full. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon pickup or delivery to the shipping carrier.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
